Morton Lodge at "Art in the Bend"
Saturday, April 11, 2026
Our Masonic neighbors at Morton Lodge will be hosting a food stand and giving tours of their historic building during Richmond's "Art in the Bend" Festival. Let’s show them some brotherly love and support! Any Brother who is available and wishes to come out and help them run the stand or assist with tours is highly encouraged to do so. It’s a great way to serve the community and share some fellowship with our brethren from Richmond.
Golden Trowel Award
Friday, April 24, 2026 | 6:00 p.m.
I sincerely hope that you will all join us as we honor our very own Past Master Kenny Meyer with the well-deserved Golden Trowel Award on Friday, April 24, 2026! The Golden Trowel is the highest award that a Lodge can bestow upon one of its members, and Past Master Meyer was the easy choice for this honor.
Committee on Work (COW) Forums and Exams
A Freemason's education in the ritual is a lifelong journey. I want to highly encourage all brethren to attend any of the upcoming Committee on Work Forums. You do not need to sit for an esoteric certificate exam to attend and benefit from a Forum. These gatherings are invaluable for sharpening your knowledge of the work, gaining new insights, and preserving the purity of our ritual.
Here is the upcoming schedule for our area:
April 11: Montgomery Lodge (Montgomery, TX)
April 18: Lake Jackson Lodge (Lake Jackson, TX)
April 25: Sampson Lodge (Baytown, TX)
May 16: Tarkington Prairie Lodge (Cleveland, TX)
May 23: Park Place Lodge (Houston, TX) – Super Forum, no exam
May 30: Northwest Lodge (Spring, TX)
🚨 Mark Your Calendars: June 6th at Rosenberg Lodge! 🚨 On Saturday, June 6, 2026, Rosenberg Lodge will have the honor of hosting the COW Forum and Exam. It is incredibly important that we have a fantastic turnout from our own Lodge. Let's pack the room, show our Masonic pride, and prove what excellent hosts we are for the brethren traveling to our Lodge from across the area.
I look forward to seeing everyone at these upcoming Masonic events as we continue to work together to make Rosenberg Lodge No. 881 the best it can be.
